Lovely lovely hotel in a lovely town. Incredibly helpful staff who go to a lot of trouble to help - even organising a reasonably priced laundry service. Beautiful garden with comfortable loungers and small pool. Very well placed for wandering around town or driving out up the valley. Free street parking which they’ve assured us is safe, and seems to be. Great food and drink although go for the espresso coffee at breakfast. Would definitely book here again.

Spectacular!
It is a quiet place, the rooms super clean, has a spectacular vat, and also a restaurant called Aloe where the attention is wonderful and the food is 10/10, they offer you the massage service: relaxation, decontractor, and another complete, my husband and I take the massage with Fabio, and is an excellent professional! Exquisite restaurant
The restaurant very rich, we tried different dishes and signature drinks such as gin and very rich tuna dish. The service was the best, especially Nicols who was very friendly, explained everything very well, so it was a 7. We definitely recommend it because it is so cute.

Excellent place to relax and enjoy
Excellent signature cocktail with local drinks, especially Elqui mule. Exquisite sandwich and food. Relaxed atmosphere in a colonial style courtyard. Very friendly and friendly staff. You can fully live the experience of Valle del Elqui.

Immersive experience in the valley
Excellent experience!, the room is very comfortable and cute, so we got the rest we were looking for, perfect cleanliness, the style of the hotel is welcoming and invites relaxation, the pool is warm and pleasant, and the balcony and patio allows us to see the mountains of the Elqui Valley, which made us feel immersed in nature. All the hotel staff are very friendly, responsive and patient, at all times they helped us with what we needed. Restaurant food is delicious, I recommend beer three tribes! Everything we hoped for and more.
An oasis of comfort, charm and hospitality in the lovely small town of Vicuña. The staff is attentive and gracious, the restaurant Aloe superb, and the room is spacious, comfortable, clean and relaxing. Reading in the courtyard during the heat of the day was restful. Excellent but with some minor details
Hotel in the center of Vicuña. It is an old house very well preserved and modernized with style. Spacious rooms with suitable bed and bedding. Clean modern bathroom, good quality towels. Breakfast is not buffet. It's good but not excellent. Very good restaurant, well served and excellent dishes. It's expensive, but it's worth it. Pool well. Keep in mind that the Jacuzzi and the vat are charged separately (should not be the case at least). Very friendly staff and always willing to help. Hotel Wonderful!!!
A perfect place, wonderful room, impeccable, wonderful pool, spectacular attention, exquisite breakfast, a quiet place that makes you relax with a nature around gives you tranquility and peace, 1000% recommended, know this beautiful hotel located in our beautiful valley of elqui vicuña. To disconnect and relax

A true oasis in the heart of a wonderful Chilean
A true oasis in the heart of a wonderful Chilean city. We loved it here. Vicuña is a small place and easily walkable from the hotel. We stayed in the Governors Suite and it was lovely to have a bath after 2 weeks of hotel showers. Exclusive use of a rooftop jacuzzi was an added surprise. Easy street parking outdoors. The courtyard areas were beautiful and very peaceful and the food in the restaurant delicious. We enjoyed the astronomical tour as well albeit there are quite a few streetlights nearby so the night skies not as impressive as they were in the Elqui valley with no lights. I had an integral massage too which was amazing. All the team were lovely and very focussed on delivering a superb guest experience. Highly recommend.
